And here the third trip for Goa started, we started from Pune by Train and arrived early morning at Madgoan station.
Our hotels were booked at North Goa near Calangute(Maya beach house, easy on the pocket and walkable distance from Calangute), but I was looking for a South Goa beach before moving to North.
I already explored Betalbatim(one of the most beautiful Beaches in Goa) and my first beach I have seen when I was on my first solo trip to Goa, and after that, I have never seen a pristine beach like Betalbatim till now.
I also explored Colva, so this time I was looking for some other beach, came to know Benelium is nearby, around 6 km from Madgoan railway station, so we decided to explore this before moving to the North.
We freshened up at Madgoan station, booked our luggage at the Cloakroom for just 15 rupees and started our journey onward.
How To Reach Benaulim Beach:
By Bus: 15 INR
By Prepaid Taxi: 350 INR
BY Auto: 200 INR
If you take a bus, it will drop you around 1 km before the Beach, but the way is so beautiful you can easily walk and do some shopping around and also have breakfast.
I will suggest going Via Bus and in Return come by Auto, so you will save time and money both also in return you can shop around.. it might possible in return auto will charge you more than 200 INR so you can walk a bit and then you can take bus/auto from the main road.
Benaulim is a beautiful, very less crowded beach full of sails, one can collect many of them also spend 2-3 good hours here.
